The 2020 Annual Parish Meeting, which was scheduled to take place in May was first postponed, and then cancelled, because of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the ability to hold public meetings still in place it is intended this year’s Annual Parish Meeting will take place on-line. However, a virtual meeting is not an ideal way to hold such an important meeting that relies on public participation and engagement. For this reason, the agenda for the meeting will be limited to approving the minutes of the last meeting, help in 2019, and the setting of a date later in the year when it is hoped a traditional Face to Face meeting can take place.
